Dear Boys & Girls Club of Silicon Valley Families,

We invite you to learn about a new partnership we have with Hillbrook School. This partnership is designed to expand the schooling options for motivated students who are members of Boys & Girls Club of Silicon Valley (BGCSV).

Hillbrook School is a K-12 private school located in Los Gatos. Hillbrook is opening a brand new High School next year, Fall of 2023, located in downtown San Jose. Hillbrook provides an extraordinary educational experience that fosters a love of learning in students and helps them develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve their highest individual potential in school and in life.

Hillbrook has a program called Reach Beyond Scholars. The program serves students in Middle and High School. Reach Beyond Scholars Program is for students who demonstrate financial need and who identify as part of one or more of the following groups: first generation college students, BIPOC students or students from access programs or organizations that partner with Hillbrook School like Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley. Students in the Reach Beyond Scholars program receive a variety of services including financial aid for tuition and fees, academic and social support, help navigating independent schools, transportation, family support and more!

Hillbrook is still accepting applications for Middle School and High School students. If your student is a member of BGCSV programming, is an incoming 6th or 9th grader, and is interested in applying, has questions or would like to schedule a tour please complete the interest form and contact Jessica Lewis at Hillbrook School or Sheyla Tupua at Boys and Girls Club. Please note space is limited and your prompt response is encouraged before or by March 17, 2023.

Submit Report Cards
Request two Teacher Recommendation(s)
Submit One Parent Questionnaire
Apply for Flexible Tuition/Financial Aid – this is a separate application managed by School and Student Services (SSS).
Family Conversation – this is a time to chat with the parents and applicant about their interests and hopes for their Hillbrook experience. Can be in person or on Zoom depending on the family’s availability.
